  • The Pick & Go SG Customer Loyalty Program is operated by MAG-AMG Pte Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • The Program is only valid within participating Pick & Go SG merchants within Singapore.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  • All customers are entitled to a free digital Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first click the share button under Loyalty Card available in Pick & Go SG app to activate it.
  • For every $50 spent in a single receipt you will be awarded One (1) point. 
  • The first 10 points can be attained by simply clicking the share button (share posts will be verified before awarding the points) this will entitle the customer to a FREE One (1) Time Delivery
  • Club Cards will issued for customers that have attained more than 10 points, with the following tiers:
    • Silver
      • 20 points
      • $100 Meal Voucher with Free Islandwide Delivery
    • Gold
      • 30 points
      • $270 Meal Voucher with Free Islandwide Delivery
    • Platinum
      • 40 points
      • $450 Meal Voucher with Free Islandwide Delivery

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  • In order to redeem your points, you must present a valid Digital Loyalty Card at the point of redemption.
  • A Free Islandwide Delivery can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of Ten (10) valid points through WhatsApp at 9687 2218.
  • Points are valid for redemption for One (1) year, afterwhich the points will no longer be valid for redemption.
  • A full Loyalty Card may only be redeemed from choice of merchant, once per transaction or redemption. No other Loyalty Card may be used in conjunction

Additional Information

  • Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.pickngosg.com
  • We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.pickngosg.com. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  • These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Singapore and are governed by the appropriate laws.
